Covering storms back to back, I didn’t have time to post on both Good Morning Gloucester and on my blog. The following are links to storm posts from the region’s three March nor’easters, beginning on March 2nd.
As the fog was dissipating in the setting sun, whichever direction the camera was pointed, we were treated to a breathtaking view.
Wednesday morning’s exquisite sunrise from Pirate’s Lane
The sun’s light at daybreak coming up over the harbor after the snowstorm lent a golden aura to all. I find our neighborhood–the people, the architecture, the boats, the sweet little robins–to be a never ending source of inspiration. See panoramic view of Smith’s Cove sunrise, posted yesterday.
I keep trying to find different ways to show the increasing amounts of snowfall in this most historic of snowy winters and think the panoramic view lends itself well. More snapshots from this morning’s luminous sunrise over East Gloucester later today when I can take another break.
