Being a health coach for over 3 years, I’ve helped many clients reach their health and fitness goals. I am dedicated and excited to help others live happier and healthier lives each and every day!
Born in Beverly, raised in Manchester-by-the-Sea. I attended college at Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island where I earned a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. This was also where I discovered my passion for helping people reach their health and wellness goals. With the guidance, love and support from my family, friends and mentors, I am here to follow my heart and dreams in providing the Beverly community with great nutrition!
