So many thanks to my friends Joey and Tom Ring for the wonderful tip. The Snowy is gorgeous!!! My right arm is a little unsteady with robo-cast but still managed to get a few moments. Notice how the Snowy Owl rotates its head, giving him nearly a 360 degree viewing vantage. The crows and a Peregrine Falcon were noisily dive-bombing the Snowy, but he held his ground. I hope we see him again soon
HOW GREAT A JOB YOU DID. What a beautiful bird. We had one sitting on the old barn on the Caribou Rd…. and this reminded me of him. Your video was such a treat seeing him up close and being himself. What a very very beautiful bird for sure. I was amazing how the mean ones were trying to attack him. Thank you again and again for you beautiful camera work. Now tell me what happened to your arm? Love following you. Miss being near the water, but do love living up in Aroostook County with the farms and forests. Gloucester is a special place for me. I first fell in love with it on our honeymoon visiting the Verga family….. and have remained in love with it. Maybe someday Lou and I will take a trip down and enjoy. Love, Louise
