Aloha Kim, My BFF of 20+ years moved “back home” to Gloucester 2 years ago (after living in Hawaii for almost 30 years). I visited her almost a year ago and fell in love with Cape Ann – wish I could afford to live there too!! I enjoy reading Good Morning Gloucester every day to keep up with goings-on in the area and just wanted to let you know that one of the reasons I do so is your beautiful photographs. You do awesome work!

Thank you so much Kenneth for your kind note. We were getting ready to launch my Monarch film before the pandemic. Hopefully it will be out soon. I have a new (short) weekly YouTube show and post footage, photos, and stories of NewEngland wildlife and scenery. I usually post that Sunday night or Monday morning. Thank you again for our note.

Hi Kim, I so enjoy reading your various blogs. Yesterday I took a photo of a caterpillar on a Pelargonium stem in my Pollinator-rich garden and I have no idea what butterfly or moth it will turn into. Can you recommend a I.D. site for me to send the photo too?
    Thanks, Cricket Beauregard Lewis

Hello~ Last night, for the first time in 30 years I’ve lived in WA state, a small group of Cedar Waxwings were fluttering around in my Cherry tree!
To my delight they were up there again today, and I realized they probably weren’t interested in the same diet as my regular backyard visitors [Goldfinch, House Finch, Dark Eyed Juncos, the list goes on] so I set out to search ‘what do Cedar Waxwings eat’…this (your) page was the first to pop up. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know it was very helpful, your entire site absolutely beautiful!

Thank you for sharing you zeal & talent with the world…it’s a blessing.
